PACE PROGRAM Services
(Property Assessed Clean Energy)
PACE Program Management and Implementation including:
Assistance with establishing local PACE district
Planning for local areawide implementation and rollout
Determine local PACE program funding requirements
Preparation of RFP for PACE program financing
Creation of PACE website to accomodate local area PACE program registration for both program customers, contractors, and service suppliers
Distribution of RFP and review of funding bids from qualified financial institutions
Evaluation and certification of solar power equipment vendors and suppliers
Provide engineering, satellite & onsite analysis of rooftops to determine customer eligibility for PACE program
Identify and certify local area contractors to perform solar installations & energy conservation measures
Manage & supervise PACE program implementation and insure customer satisfaction throughout period of areawide rollout
